I haven't gotten mine yet but I won't be disappointed
Hard to believe the quality sound, quality fit and finish of these earbuds. Have owned Sennheiser products since the 1970's, have never been disappointed.

I bought the Sennheiser Sport True Wireless to test the fit of the ear buds in my ear. I am considering buying the new Conversation Clear Plus hearing assist product. I have extra small ear canals and most ear buds will not stay securely my ears. Because the Sport model is very close to the same size and design with the ear hook, I bought them to check the fit before purchasing the more expensive Conversation Clear Plus.
I've only used this for one night working as a night stock crew so far and it's been absolutely amazing, very crisp quality and had no issues hooking up to the app despite the terrible app reviews maybe I got lucky but will update if anything bad happens the focus setting is wonderful
I'm liking these earbuds so far. Good sound. The aware mode and ear inserts put less pressure on my eustachian tubes. I love that I can connect to many different devices, but it would be better if I didn't have to manually disconnect on one device to connect on another previously paired devices.
These sound on these is a bit bass-heavy, but still sound clear and full. They also offer plenty of features for the price. I like being able to adjust volume, pause, and skip songs without taking the device out of my pocket. I would have liked having a hear-through mode instead of having to switch the caps and use an app to change profiles, as I don't always pair with a smartphone. It's fantastic that the app is not required to operate these; it simply enhances one's experience. Something I love about these is that I can have EITHER the left or right earbud by itself. Some competitor buds only allow one bud to pair to a device. They also don't have as much trouble with latency or disconnections as other buds I've tried, though this is not zero. However, these are not very comfortable for people with smaller ears. I have a hard time getting the fins to go into a fold in my ear for the extra hold, so I end up having them fall out on long runs when I get sweaty. The bud doesn't go far enough into my ear canal, so the fins are over the ear instead of having a chance to go in. The fins are also really rigid. In my opinion, this is the most significant area these buds fall short.

Considering how expensive ear buds can be when going for quality sound, these are the best value I've found so far. I've worn Jabras for years and recently switched due to their issues with call quality. Pros: Sound Quality is great! The app was easy to install and the equalizer allows for customizing the sound profile nicely. Bass is not over pronounced, but the equalizer could use a larger range of adjustment for those that like tunes to bump. All ranges are impressively crisp and clear. The hear through during phone calls is a nice touch, so nice that I wish they would figure out how to allow this mode during music listening. The fit is very secure, even with the neutral ear fin insert. And no worries with regard to Active Noise Cancelation, the isolation these buds provide is equal to most any ear bud ANC I have used. Cons: The "Aware" (hear through) feature isn't convenient to use but is effective at allowing ambient through while listening. Switching ear inserts between activities is cumbersome. It would be less so if the "Open" ear inserts could be stored with the case. The fit on these is on the large side. I have abnormally small ears, so that may be the issue with my experience, but they are notably larger and a bit uncomfortable compared to the Jabras I have worn previously. Overall, these are a great ear bud that is built durably, with top notch sound quality. Losing some of the frills that other buds have (and equally making up for them with other features/capabilities) makes these a great choice for the audiophile looking for an efficient and cost effective set of buds that will provide superior sound at the same time.
