This pack of face pace is really nice! It comes with 24 jars (22 colors because there are 2 jars of white and 2 jars of the black) . I'm glad they are non toxic and also washable! There is a slight paint smell but it's not strong or bad. The colors are nice and bright and I believe it should last quite a while with all the variety! Kids love face paint on any occasion!
I used this at my sons birthday party. All the kids wanted a little face painting and this fit the bill! The set comes with 12 colors. Black and brown are included which is nice when the kids decide they want to be animals. Lol.. There's a small brush included. I'm thankful for the brush because I completely forgot to buy one! I didn't even realize it had one until I opened the package. Saved me a little stress. The paints washed right off with a little face wash. Nothing was stained. Everything washed right off. I will definitely buy this product again. Hopefully my painting skills will be improved by next year. Lol.
The kids loved it. 2 or 3 layers made the designs show up better. Everything washed off with a soap and water.
My children absolutely LOVE face painting! This set takes it to a new level with all the different colors and suggested designs! Our favorite idea was making the mouth of the creature being painted open as the child opens his/her mouth! What a great way to spark a child's imagination! My only concern is that the darker colors do stain the skin slightly.
Most of the face and body paint kits only have a few colors but this set has 24 washable colors. My grandkids have had a blast painting each other and then their dad got involved and wanted to be camouflaged before he went hunting. Not sure who had more fun, the kids or the dad. We have done cats and dogs and now we are doing scary makeup. I highly recommend this product to all ages.
The 'Hello Hobby Face & Body Art 12 Color Paint Pots with Brush - Primary' is an ok face paint set. I say "ok" because the paints are rather watery. Although very liquidy, I was still able to do some art on my granddaughter's face. The colors come out very light so you will need to allow it to dry and go back over your design if you want it to stand out. We tried a little bit of each color to see how well they would show up. The paint containers are easily opened but still take care as they are very watery and may spill. The brush included is rather thin and better suited for writing on the face rather than painting. For birthdays and Halloween, I always do face paints for the children using face crayons and an oil based face paint. I can't wait to try these on a bigger variety of skin tones.

At first glance, I was so excited to try these! I loved all the different variety of colors in this 24 pack and my mind was thinking of all the different designs you can do. Normally you just see primary colors, so this selection was awesome. I love that they are non toxic and safe and the packaging is cute and easy to open. I like the little plastic pots they come in and they have a cute handprint on the lid. My only issue, which is a pretty big one, is that they are not as washable as they claim to be. The first picture is right before my painting dried and the second is after washing and scrubbing my hand with dawn dish soap three times. The paints leave a stain on your skin. I accidently dropped some of the pink on my table and it also stained the wood immediately. However, if that doesn't bother you, the paint glides very well on the skin and they are obviously very pigmented. Just be prepared to scrub to get them off. I definitely wouldn't recommend using these on the face unless you want your child walking around with the design for a few hours.
The colors are pretty, but it is very runny and doesn't show much color when added to a kids face.
The hello Hobby face paints have 22 assorted colors... the colors are all pretty nice and it says they're safe and non-toxic for ages 6 and up but I'm really not too sure about them, I wanted to try them out on myself before I did them with my grandkids but it took me 2 washings to get just the two colors I have on my arm off, first I tried regular soap and it seemed like only a tiny bit of the color came off and then I tried dish soap and had to scrub hard and I got all of it off except just a faint little bit of pink still on my arm.... so I would recommend these as long as you're not going anywhere the next day or two just in case all of the color doesn't come out when you wash it off
