I will say that this vitamin c bottle of 500 tablets is a great value. I will buy this again in the future!
Been taking this for years. Ordered large bottle. Arrived with a busted cap.
Large pills, otherwise great.
Simply the most easily disolving vitamin I've ever taken. They also have a gentle digestion that does not upset many stomaches. I am very pleased with the Spring Valley line of dietary suppliments.
I wouldn't take any other Vitamin C capsule...and the added Rose Hips keeps it from hurting my stomach. I haven't had a cold or sinus infection in the time I've been taking this. I usually take the 1000 MG one with Rose Hips. I take 1 a day.
I can take a whole handful of vitamins at a time without difficulty but add one of these and it will be the only one that does not go down. I've tried taking it alone first and also tried taking it afterward and it scratches all of the way down. I tried chewing it. *** Warning *** Don't even try this, it's ghastly! I wonder why they don't coat it in gelatin or something to make it easier to swallow? I'm tossing them in the trash and will not buy this brand again.
