I had purchased aother clamp on booster seat but it didn't have the tray. My daughter's counter did't have enough room to get it right up to the counter, and the couple inches between the chair and the counter was an issue because the baby would drop things down thru the space and the chair would be filthy in no time. The tray is wonderful because it bridges the gap between the seat and the counter. The booster is great for going out to eat as well. Easy to remove and it folds up for carrying. Perfect in every aspect. Wish I had gotten it sooner. Eliminates the need for the high chair.
Fabulous product!!! Love the way it seats and fits both my skinny mini baby girl who is 9 months and the little chunkier 8 month infant I watch!!! The tray is convient for the random lid pop offs and spills so that the liquid is not all over my table, just hers-very nice!!!
I have an 18 mo. and a 6mo. old so I bought 2. We were tired of using up all of our dinner table chairs with baby seats so needed a "chair-less" option. These work great for both my kids, as long as you buckle them in. Now they can sit at the counter or in between us when we have guests over for dinner. I put my youngest in his seat with toys at the counter while I clean kitchen and wash the dishes... he loves it!
Love, love, love this booster seat. I've used it at the in-laws and restaurants and my little one actually eats while in it, unlike her high chair at home which she'll start to fuss after 10 min. Having her right at the table with her own place setting seems to engage her more as being part of the meal gathering rather than on the sidelines. Highly recommend.
Great product. Easy to set up and put away. Compact when folded. Love that it can attach to the table or a chair. Also love that it has a tray.
I like this booster seat. The only problem I have with it is that it wiggles a little even though I tighten it as much as I can. But other than that it's pretty good. Takes up little space and baby girl loves bouncing and eating from it.
Very disappointed that there is no warning if there is any part that is under your table it won't fit. You have to have a table that is can slide onto with a huge open space (large lip) under it to latch to. Not for your average table.
I made sure per the instructions to measure my countertop before purchasing as to not have any disappointments regarding fit. Okay my countertop is 1.5" so I went ahead and ordered it. Doesn't fit. Waaaa! Upon further examination it appears the counter cannot be 1.5" in depth. As another reviewer stated it has to be hollowed out where the rubber nubs come in contact with the bottom of the countertop. The lip of the counter can be 3/4-1.5", but the underneath part has to be less than that. Anyway, I'm toying with the idea of boring some holes where the rubber nubs mash up against the bottom of the countertop so the rest of the chair will be flush. Or I could just order the much more expensive Chicco 360 rotating hook on and avoid insanity:) best of luck to me and to you!
