doctor recommended this to help with muscle spasms it works
The biggest serving size we could find for magnesium malate, with the biggest quantity. This is what my doctor suggested to me but i could not find it until now. Until now i am very satisfied from the quality. We both me and my husband take it because of D3 and some health problems and seems that we are covered enough. Excellent choice.
This is a repeat purchase. This form of Mg is not readily available but is considered to be the best absorbed anionic version of Mg, and I'm glad Piping Rock can supply it at a reasonable price with a low shipping charge - fast shipping. Whether it helps me or not I don't really know, but we all need magnesium and there are not too many natural sources of it. It's a fairly large pill but shouldn't be a problem for anyone taking it. Remember, as I've read, it's best to bend your head forward when taking pills, not backward as traditionally thought.
I can count on Piping Rock for quality and accuracy in labeling. I trust that what the label says is in the product, is actually what is in it, and in the quantity listed.

The photo front and the ingredients listed doesn't tell you that it is Magnesium Malate trihydrate. I scoured the web looking for good quality supplement without trihydrate and so I ordered this from Walmart. Well I got it today and it has trihydrate.
