These are healthy and tasty,they really taste like candy bars,in fact they remind me a lot of snickers,its great that they taste good but the only problem is that they do taste so good and like candy that I tend to want to eat the whole box,chocolate is my weakness.Now it you have better self control than I do and can make these last they are perfect for someone who is trying to eat better or on a diet,for those times when you want to indulge but not go crazy overboard.I never followed the atkins diet but you can still eat these without being on there plan.The only thing I personally don't like about these bars are that they are so expensive,they are around $6 a box which isn't even a weeks worth.
