I've had cystic acne and struggled with debilitating periods since I was 13 (going on 25 years now). Within a couple months of taking this my acne disappeared and the length of my periods went from 10 days down to 5 with half the flow. I've gotten almost week of life my life back each month, have clear skin, and slowly started losing weight. I haven't changed anything else so this has to be it. Incredible. I'm getting choked up thinking about it

However, since adding balance to my routine for about 3 1/2 years now, I can see noticeable improvements in my hormones and cycle duration, as well as less cramps and pmsing🙌🏼 (side note: I had a break from balance for about 7ish months and got to see the difference the vitamins have in my body)

Helps reduce my Endo and Adenomyosis symptoms so much! I skipped for a month because I didn't want to pay for the supplement again, and I was back to bad symptoms. Got back on this and my next period was shorter, less painful, and less clotted again! I'll never let myself run out of this again, its a lifesaver!

A friend recommended these, I've been taking them for just about 2 weeks straight now and as of now my acne is pretty much gone, I'm feeling better emotionally & I'm not sure if this is related or not but I feel as though the oil on my face has decreased as well

Great product! I've been using for 3 weeks and have already noticed the difference in my skin, particularly my face. Last year, I started to develop mild adult acne and never having dealt with this as a young adult, I had no idea how to handle it! I've tried washes, creams, serums, etc. Since taking this product I just use my face wash and bam! My skin has started clearing and I don't need to have a 30-step facial routine for these results. If you purchase this product, give it fair time to work (use the whole bottle). Overall, very satisfied. 4 star over 5 because — 4 large capsules per dose, haven't noticed any changes to my sleep pattern (insomniac) or energy levels
