I was looking and researching a Pilates ring. I chose this mainly for the color (purple) and the price. I also picked this, because I know Walmart has a fantastic return policy, why not try it? Never tried any other, but I absolutely like this, and when I do videos on YouTube (YouTube has HUNDREDS of Pilate Ring workouts!) I can ABSOLUTELY feel the areas targeted. Those little pulses of Pilates is KILLER! I also appreciate this was sent in a thick box, not a bag. It arrived in perfect shape, and they shipped it immediately, got to me within 5 days of ordering it. Also comes with a printed paper of exercises. Ive had it less than a week, but have used it every day since I got it. Who knows if it will last, but so far, it feels very sturdy and has LOTS of resistance ONLY when one does the exercises CORRECTLY!!
Ok, so if you are really fit, this probably wo nt have enough resistance for you. But for a 63 year old gram who is not a weight lifter and a bit out of shape, this works perfectly for toning up.
