I had a B&D cordless dustbuster from many years ago and it wasn't working well any more. It would die after a minute of use and it did not pull up the dirt like when it was new. When I got my new one I was so thrilled at the power of it....forgot how good they work when they are not worn out. I use mine several times a day. I am very pleased
Powerful and I love the attachments to get in those hard to reach places! Not 100% great on carpet depending on the carpet you have but great on tile and those little corners that are hard to reach. Well worth it at a great price!
I loved this DustBuster so much, I purchased another one for the basement. Great suction and easy cleaning. You won't go wrong with purchasing this product.
My Black & Decker Dustbuster is awesome ! Very convenient ,has excellent suction ,easy to clean and maintain .I can hang it on a wall or keep it on the floor in easy reach . I highly recommend this !
Have no complaints about this B&D dustbuster. Great power for those quick clean ups. All for a great price. The only disappointment is the last dustbuster I had, you were able to store the attachments on the dustbuster. You can't do that on this one. I know I'm never going to remember where I put them. But would select this one again in a heart beat.
The dustbuster is great when the area needing vacuumed is not large enough to bother pulling out the full size vacuum. The dustbuster has enough power to pick up pretty much any debris on my tile floors and does a decent job getting smaller stuff off the carpet stairs.
I bought this for my car. This had way better reviews than any other vacuum. It has enough power for what I need it for. I notice some reviews complained about the charge not lasting. I don't believe any cordless vacuum is intended to last enough time to use on heavy dirt. If you are using this for your car, and you are letting your car get very dirty, than you are better off taking to a place that has vacuums to use. I live in an apartment complex that only has a carport, so I can't use my home vacuum, since there is no where to plug in. This is made for quick pick ups.
I bought this for my friend for her birthday. Sounds like a lame gift, but that's what she wanted. So far she seems to love it. She has 2 small kids and she tells me it's much easier than getting the huge vacuum out to clean up after them. Her 3yr old even loves to use it to help clean. She hasn't told me any problems about it, so I'm assuming it's a great buy. The price was pretty decent too.
This dust buster is terrible!!!! I am a housecleaner and I was looking for a small, portable vacuum that I could use on carpeted stairs. I read the reviews on this one and thought I would give it a try. I used it on my own stairs first that are berber carpet- didn't suck up anything! Thought maybe I was using it wrong, used it on bare floor, nope, still nothing. Tried a dust bunny that was on the hardwood floor, couldn't even suck up that. Unfortunately I had thrown away the box to it. But, I contacted customer support online, explained the situation to them, and they were EXTREMELY helpful. They apologized, and even let me return it without the box. If you are looking for a dust buster that actually does what it's called- don't buy this one, you will be sorry.
I purchased this from the store to replace my 10+ year old (9.6v) Black & Decker Dustbuster. I have been very happy with mine, so I purposely replaced it with the same. I truly didn't even consider other brands when shopping for a replacement. Does it work? I'm sure. Does it have a charging indicator light? No. Does it have a place a store to store the attachments? No. The old one had both of these things. You knew when it was hung up it was charging, and you knew where the attachments were at all times. I cannot understand or support a newer model having LESS (needed) features than an "out-of-date model". Returning to the store and looking at other models/brands.
