[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new bowl. I originally got it for my dog but decided to use it for my cat instead. It is more secure than the one I previously used for her. She would knock the old one over and have food everywhere. This one snaps in securely and she can't make messes. I like that the bowl portion of it is easy to remove and clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this dog food station. Having a medium sized dog, i fill the container and dont have to worry about refilling for at least a week because it holds alot. I also like how it comes apart easy so you u can clean each part of it.
This a nice pet feeder. I was looking for one with a stainless bowl. The bowl is removable and easy to clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried PetSafe - Healthy Pet Food Station™ - Medium and this is an excellent product. Although this is size medium, it does hold quite a bit of cat food in the reservoir so would probably last one cat for over a week and seems to me like it would work great for multiple cats. I like that the bottom part is metal. The rest is plastic though so its more just for looks that the bottom part is metal I suppose. This seems well made and well designed. This was easy for me to set up and use. It just uses a simple gravity method so its a really user friendly design. Also I won't have to worry about batteries or plugs with this one since its not electric at all. This is a great feeder.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No longer do I have to worry about refilling his bowl. I did it constantly with a small bowl. A larger bowl would allow the food to dry out and crumble on the bottom. Now its now longer a problem, I can fill the sealed container, it stays fresh inside and he eats as he's hungry. No more crumbling or stale food. I don't know who's happier, my cat or me.
The healthy Pet Food Station assists in keeping my kitties feeding times sanitary and organized. All four of my cats love the Pet Food Station. There is no longer a need for individual food bowls and the extra cleanings.

So if you are looking for a Medium I would go with a smaller Than Medium. Holds 4 pounds of cat or dog food. It's BPA free plastic.and stainless steel. For indoor feeding. Safe from spills.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Healthy Pet Food Station This dog food station is alright . I have 2 pugs and I filled the container and it holds a lot. For other dogs this might work great for, but not my pugs. They have no self control and will keep eating until they make themselves sick. I do like how it is dishwasher safe. Sadly it is not working for my fur kids, but I'm sure would be great for others pets.
the food will not come out once it gets about half empty. It gets stuck in the container and only feeds down into the bowl if I shake it. I bought it for when we are out of town, so shaking the food down isnt an option.
I've been using this for several months now and overall I rate it an average product at best. Construction is good with an easy to remove stainless steel bowl for cleaning. The gravity feed of the food is not good. I have to shake the bowl a couple of times a day to get the kibbles to drop into the bowl. The bowl opening is a bit small for adult cats, mine will eat from it but have to get sideways to it so the top of there heads don't touch the storage container. It's also messy. Even the larger feeder like I ordered has a smallish and shallow bowl and the cats tend to push food out while trying to get the food out of the bottom since it doesn't feed the kibbles well. There are probably better self feeders you can find to spend your money on.
