There are lots of things to do. A wide variety, too! Puzzles where you need to really think, to chasing ghosts, hunting gems, and boos! All while exploring a "hotel" like you've never visited before! regular floors, basement, then fantastical fantasy floors (like actual gardens) to film studios, etc. Im only now on floor 9 and am amazed! this is my 1st tone playing this series, too. At first, I'd get confused with what to do a tad, but I was still having fun exploring the areas! ONLY drawback is very 1st ghost encounter (soooo early on) was impossible for ke to run away. Think there's a bug in the game, wouldnt let me run, but people on Reditt had ideas already. I restarted the game. (exit out and turn back on, plus I switched controllers in case). 100% recommend! It's a real logic game. My parents wouldn't have liked the ghosts (oddballs) , but would have loved the puzzles! Real brain teasers!
Literally can't stop talking about how much I love this game. GameCube was my first console and Luigi's Mansion was one of the first games I got next to Super Mario Sunshine. Everything is detailed and little things really matter to me. The money, coins and gold bricks look so amazing and it's one of the first things I noticed about the game. When a door is locked usually Luigi will jiggle the handle and the circle with the slash through it pops up, but in 3 Luigi actually tries to go through the door and you get a glimpse into the other side. Other little details I've noticed and appreciate are in Mario and Peach's room the pizza boxes say "Since 1983" the year Nintendo started. You can interact with pretty much everything and for someone who loves games that you can collect things (money mostly in this case) it's a dream especially when the money is in places that imply a little joke like the money being the leaves on a plant Going from room to room is seamless. really impressed when you go in and out of the elevator before pushing any buttons because the transition is crazy. The game guides you very well and makes sure you have a chance to find everything there is to find. Also appreciate that I don't automatically get dragged to the laboratory when I finish the mission since I like to look around for anything I might have missed (gems, coins) If you are questioning getting the game I would say get it. very few cons for me at this point and they aren't even worth mentioning. Side note can't help but truly be in awh that these games are at a point where the cut scenes and game play look exactly alike.
good pick up and great condition

Third release in a great franchise! So awesome to see Luigi in the lime-light (pun intended...get it? lime-light? Cuz green man has flashlight...I'll see myself out ;]) Super whimsical game and great break from all the super intense %26 dramatic game releases of late. Feels like I'm playing a Pixar movie! Lots of character, light-hearted, and keeps you invested till the end! 5/5 Highly recommended!
I absolutely LOVED Luigis Mansion 3! Worth every penny. I 100% completed it too, put in 100 hours into this game this year. I would actually replay this gane as well as its just sooo fun and TGAT good abd I never replay games! Slamming ghosts %26 Boos, you definitely NEED to make sure you are using an official Nintendo controller with this game as you constantly need rumble and motion controls. You need rumble to be able to complete certan levels and seek out the "Boos" in the game. This was my ny 1st time playing a Luigi's Mansion game and definitely not my last! I CANNOT wait until Luigis%232 Remastered comes out this sumner. I actually MUCH MUCH prefer Luigis Mansion games now over any Mario game. Its THAT good. I was absolutely hooked on this game once I figured out the controls. Best bet is to watch a quick YouTube video on how too VERY easily asjust the controls so it's much much much easier to play, you will definitely understand where I am coning from. It does wonders. Dont miss out on this game I got it on a huge Black Friday sale half off but this game is definitely worth the regular price even and there are only 4 other Switch 1st party games that I can say this about.
I have never played a Luigis Mansion before this purchase. I guess I was expecting a little more out of the gameplay. It is fun but feels a little shallow. It looks and sounds amazing like all Nintendo Exclusives.

The game is great but the delivery came with a postage sticker on the unpackaged game showing my son what Santa's present is. He walked in with the game and said,” I guess were getting a Nintendo Switch for Christmas”. PUT IT IN A BAG OR ENVELOPE NEXT TIME!!!
The delivery driver delivered the item to a restaurant. The address provided for delivery was a single family home. I take it they didn't ask who Linda was because they may have realized they were at the wrong location. If I could give zero stars, I would.
