So incredibly happy I pulled the trigger on buying this TV!! It's amazing and worth every penny! The delivery was pretty fast and it arrived in perfect condition. The only thing sort of negative I can say about this TV is that u need to raise it up an inch or 2 so the soundbar doesn't block the picture. A couple pieces of shelving board (12×36) from Home Depot solved that issue though. I'm in heaven with this TV and may never leave my couch again! Buy it!!!

The LG C line of TVs every year is the best bang for your buck on a high end OLED TV. Do yourself a favor and snag one of these if you are ever in the market.

I have had this TV for about a little over a year now and decided to share my thoughts. I upgraded from my LG 65 CX and this will be my third LG OLED. Once I saw my first OLED picture there was no going back. Each model has improved on the last and for those who can, I highly suggest moving to a 77-in. The difference between it and a 65-in still blows me away after all this time. My original LG 65 B8 OLED experienced problems with image burn in. However, LG immediately replaced my screen and fixed the problem. Since that model I have never again experienced any problems with image retention. For the most feature rich televisions with one of the best pictures look no further. Whether you are a movie enthusiast or a gamer, you will find something to love about this television.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last January 2022 and a line showed up around March 2023. It can't be repaired according to the repair person. He said it was better to buy a new one because the screen would have to be replaced. The sound is perfect on here. It's almost close to a sound bar without bass.
I chose the retailer for the fact it was promised a 2-day shipping time, then my order gets delayed by 2 days after the promised date. When it's time to receive the order, my $2000 tv is left for grabs in front of the apartment complex by FedEx. No signature, no ring in my door, nothing. They were ready to get up and leave it there for any random person that felt like grabbing a very expensive tv home. I caught them on time to ask them to at least bring it to my apartment door. Finally get to take the TV inside, while I unpack I notice the outside of the box is damaged and bulging, the styrofoam inside was broken. The tv was falling forward in the process instead of standing up in the styrofoam. After assembling, I place it on my stand totally excited, connect my consoles and the TV simply doesn't turn on. Contacted Walmart.com, asked to get a replacement, I'll have to repack this whole thing by myself. Was told that due to the website problems, I would get the refund but then would have to re-order the TV. Like having my expensive tv left for grabs, and then finding out it's DOA wasn't enough. I get my new order canceled as soon as it's placed because of "fraud alert" per Walmart's part. My card worked just fine in the process. I really don't know if it's even worth trying again. Should've gone with the competitors instead. I want my money back.
Great tv. But worst delivery service they left the tv outside stairs and didn't knock the door. The box had a hole.

I bought this tv on Nov. 20 because I love the OLED technology. I had a wonderful experience watching movies and playing video games. Now my tv turned off by itself a year and 3 weeks after I bought it and hasn't turned back on again. The tech came over and told me that it looks like the panel died. I don't know if they going to replace the tv for a new one or they going to fix it. It is very upsetting. A tv this expensive shouldn't last a year.
