We bought 2 of them and an extra battle we are a specialty contract cleaning company in Hawaii. One of our contract calls for Pressure Cleaning aluminum screen vents from the inside hallway out and it worked perfect it was a full week job for two guys and no problems at all
This is my first pressure washer. I didn't need a heavy duty gas or electric powered one and this Sun Joe washer seemed perfect. It was easy to put together and does exactly what the product video says it does. I've already cleaned ground-in grime off my stone pavers and washed soaped windows with ease. My only issue is, that I can't fill the bucket right up because I can't lift 50 lbs so I will use it with the hose attachment instead. I'd recommend this washer to anyone.
This unit works great for my off grid cottage. I get a 5 gallon of water from a near by streem and I'm able to pressure wash my 2-4 wheelers. I also clean my rain gutters and the exterior of the cottage with great results as the road is dirt and the cottage gets dusty. I can also charge my battery for it with my solar setup. perfect for my lifestyle. I just wish a second battery was affordable as it's almost as expensive as the complete package for 1 additional battery.
At 74 my main purpose was to clean my husband's cemetery monument. Of course, they do not have electricity or water (other than a hand pump) at the cemetery so I needed something with a battery (did not want to take a generator or haul fuel) and something to contain water which is exactly what I got. Also, I wanted something I could do on my own. It worked so well that my brother used it to clean the north side of his house. So it was a win-win purchase.
Product delivered a good performance. Wish the battery lasted longer but it did what they said it would. No complaints. If you have the right application it is a good product.

Very easy to use and very well made. To be honest, I have a lot of fun using this machine. Also, a real space saver. The trigger gun has a trigger holder and there is a nozzle holder for the different size nozzles. Everything else goes in the bucket.
We bought a new Sun Joe and my husband has only used it twice on our patio. After he finished he cleaned it and layedthe parts to dry. We noticed some oil had run out on our porch, wondered where it came from. The second time he used it he cleaned and put back on the porch to dry, oil again. Who do we need to do! Still having issues with battery reaching full charge but this is PERFECT for me. I can take it far from house (meaning no nearby faucet or electricity) and clean my shed decking. Lightweight and no cords! Thinking about a SunJoe lawnmower for yard trim work! Only reason for 4 stars is the battery sometimes FULLY recharges and sometimes does not.
I'd pay more for a better quality unit with better engineering. For example to have universal pressure washer fittings, the ability to switch wands, or have the wand fit in the box with the unit when not in use. It would be nice if the top of the water bucket actually locked into place. Great idea. Wish it was better quality. My two other friends had to return theirs due to pump not shutting off upon release of trigger.
