I bought for my 2015 Camaro SS/RS. Put a Pioneer AVIC 5200 NEX in with no problems. If you choose to put a 7" stereo a little trimming with a dremel TOOL works wonders. If you are afraid to do take to a stereo shop.
Was so happy to receive this kit and utterly disappointed to find out the opening is SMALLER than double din specifications. My deck won't fit. ISO 7736 double din specifications are 180 mm x 100 mm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_7736). That equates to 7.08" x 3.93" to be exact but most people just go by 7" x 4". The width of the opening on this kit is just over 6 3/4", 6.8125 " to be exact or 173 mm. Not 7" so my 7" double din compliant deck will not fit.
disappointed item states that it comes with climate control knobs it doesn't have says I must remove my old knobs and install only reason I bought was just for that reason totally misleading
Bought this kit only to discover that my 6.2 double din radio is too big? What t be heck? Description says it fits radios up to 7.4 which is standard size. Complete waste of time and money!
