I do think these helped a little with first-trimester pregnancy nausea. They, along with ginger drops and eating small amounts of food constantly throughout the day, helped me stay at work for those rough months. Possibly it was just placebo effect, but I felt better when I put them on. It helped if I pressed the button part hard into my wrist with my opposite hand when the nausea was very acute.
If you get dizzy or nauseous while playing video games you definitely need one of these. My friends always play PUBG and Call of Duty and I couldn’t play because the movement made me nauseous. I decided to give this a try and I was not disappointed. In fact after wearing it a few times I’ve found I can play for about a week without it. Then I have to use it again. I’ve only had it for about a month. But so far I am extremely pleased to be enjoying gaming with my friends.
My daughter had some motion sickness in the car. I asked her pediatrician for a recommendation and she suggested I try something like these.
This helps our kids in the car for motion sickness for long rides and short rides.
