Fits great on our 16 month old grand daughter with room for adjustment as she grows. She really likes the wings.
Bought both the girl's backpack & the boy's backpack for my granddaughter & soon to be grandson. My daughter loves them but my granddaughter, who is 22 months old, isn't too sure she likes hers!
The backpack harness is wonderful. The colors are vibrant and the quality is great. I only gave it four stars because the way they advertise the bag in the picture it looks like the wings stand up on their own. They do not. I guess this is just for advertisement. Your child has to put their arm through the little arm hooks in which my 3 year said "No", LOL.
