These pans are fabulous!! They don't scratch they cook even nothing sticks! You don't need to use butter or any oil! Everybody should have a set of these! Great value for the money I was going to buy them anyway and found out they were half off free shipping!! You can't do any better than that! I'm one happy customer
I have emptied all my cupboards of all other stove top cookware and replaced it with the Gotham cookware. I am saving up now for the Gotham baking pans and cookie sheets. This stuff does not scratch and is is so easy to clean even if you burn something in it. Read the instructions re: how high to have your heat set and you won't burn anything at all. Wonderful stuff.
This set was very nicely priced so we picked it up based on commercials we've seen on TV. In this case, the advertisements were true. This coating is amazing. I fried some breakfast sausage and the fat that came out of the sausage beaded up on the surface of the pan and drained right off. Chopped spinach warmed up in the sauce pan rinsed right off. When we made it in stainless steel or teflon-coated pans, it had to be scraped out with a plastic utensil. We liked this set so much we went back and got the 9" deep square pan with the three knives set and it is also excellent.
These work as anticipated. Very easy to clean. Have had no problems with sticking. Have cooked eggs and meats on stove top and in oven and satisfied with results. I do add a little butter when frying eggs as frying without just does not suit my taste. Anyone who cannot cook with these pots and pans really don't need to be cooking in the first place.
We ordered our first of these on Amazon for $30 and believed it was a wonderful value - because it was the pan we used for everything. Getting a whole set for $89 was an unbelievable deal. We love that we don't need cooking spray and that we can use metal utensils. They are also dishwasher safe. So easy!
Just received these and they are working great. They have a very flat bottom and they doesn't swivel around when I stir the contents on the electric burner. I had to hold my old pans with one hand and stir with the other. I am very please with these.
I did research and read reviews due to so many new "copper" products. Gotham Steel is amazing. I have used metal utensils on it. I have put it through the dish washer and it still has not had any food stick! I am really impressed that it tells you to NEVER use any non-stick sprays. I have already gotten the Gotham Steel square pan and am saving up to get the bakeware.
I've had these for about 2 weeks and so far I really like them. Food doesn't stick and clean up is really easy. I was considering getting a couple of the frying pans and when I saw this set decided to get it instead since I felt it was a great price.
I needed pots and pans for my winter place in Florida. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on items that only receive part time use so opted for this set. They are very easy to clean and are attractive. My only complaint is that the handles on lids get hot so care needs to be taken when removing those.
when I first got the pan set it was awesome, now only 7 months of normal usage the bottom inside of the pans started to get oxidation and now there is no more coating on the bottom of the pans !!! never used metal utensils only plastic utensils!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!
