The Whole Body 7.1 massage chair was impressive to the eye as soon as I saw it. It was very nice to have the calf massage attached to the chair, and still looked very nice with the attachment. It would go nice in any room of the house and not look out of place as a massage chair. The remote was very easy to use and know what part of the body to choose because you could just click on that area on the remote. The calf and shoulder massage features were my favorites. I sit at a desk all day answering phones and the shoulder massage would be nice to come home to. Overall, the chair was very relaxing and calming. It wasn't too jerky like the ones I use at the nail salons. The only down side was that I am only 5 feet tall and I had to move around in the chair a little to make sure I was getting to use the various functions of the chair.
From the hot air to the foot/calf massage this is a definite step up from my original human touch chair that lasted me 10 yrs of hard service!! I wouldn't buy any other brand for the options and human like massage you receive from this chair! AMAZING and I'm 6'3!! Worth every penny and thank you human touch for the $200 off at time of purchase !!
Has the new 3D orbital massage technology (only 2 of their chairs have this), warm air on the lower back, leg massager and power recline and foot rest/foot massager. Does a great job on the back - use it almost every day. You can watch TV in this thing and fall asleep. Fairly compact too.
Love this chair. It goes with the style of my furniture. Not bulky looking like other message chairs. I love the Sleep cycle. I use it every night before I go to bed to help me relax and go to sleep quickly.
Love it. My husband is in it several times a day. He loves it.
This massage chair is seriously amazing. That's all I can say.
Let me start with what I love about this chair. It truly delivers a very soothing, quality message. That flexglide roller technology feels absolutely wonderful gliding up and down your back. I would also say this chair appears to be very well built with quality, durable materials. The chair also has an appealing overall look and style that seems to blend in with other furniture better than most other message chairs I looked at. I decided to purchase this particular chair because I really wanted a double duty chair, one that could serve as a comfortable, everyday recliner but also has built in message capabilities. When my chair arrived, I discovered that it was not very comfortable when used as a simple recliner. Even though I fall under the chair's given size limit of 6'2" ( I'm 6'0" ) nevertheless the leg rest ends just behind my upper calf, which leaves pretty much everything below that dangling in space. Also, the leg rest does not come up as high as my other recliners. Even with these minor complaints, I still very much like this chair because of the quality of massage it gives, and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
Chair came damaged. They sent shipper to take away. Problem is that my credit card was never credited back! Chair was picked up on September 21st! It is now October 13th!
