This service does not include putting the boxes into storage. In order to keep the pros safe and the holiday spirit going, this service does not include removing lights from portions of homes with steep pitched roofs (if the pro needs to get on the roof to remove lights), removing lights from portions of the home or yard where the ground is uneven (i.e. not able to properly set up a ladder), or trees above 15 feet.
