This is the best business phone I have used. First CT14 phone wore out from constant use so I bought a replacement. The headsets can take abuse in use; I wore the 2nd phone's headset out so I needed a replacement. If this one wears out too, I will replace them with the CT14 as long as they make it.
The headset that came with my phone was "acting up". (People could hear me but I couldn't always hear them.) I was so glad Plantrontics sold this headset separately. A rep from the company helped me locate it online. I ordered and it arrived a few days later.
I love the headsets but am really hard on them. I love that they have replacements! They always work great until I slam the cord in the door and chop it off.
I bought this thinking that I had damaged the cord on my other headset, I discovered that it was the handset and have ordered a new one. Great product it has lasted daily use for 6 years, money well spent.
Always return to Plantronics for my headset/portable office phone needs. This was a replacement item and it is exatly what I wanted.

The point where the headset wire connects to the plug jack is a defective design. I have gone through six of these hesdsets in the past year. Please tell me there is a stronger replacement.
I love my CT14 phone - but I am on my 3rd spare headset in a year. The cord is very easily shorted apparently. I am super careful with this thing but once the cord goes you need to replace the entire headset.
I bought this a week ago and sent it back. The ability for others to hear me was not as good as other headsets I use with the same phone.
