The sound quality is great, especially with the surround sound included in the TV. The remote is a little touchy, but I will get used to it as I use it more often since it is a new design feature that I have never used before. this TV makes it feel like a theater experience when watching movies.

Picture is excellent. Sound quality is excellent. However, I feel the the documentation (both printed and on-online) are very vague and unnecessarily complicated . I am referring to the operation and configuration of the controls, not the installation , since we had it professionally installed. The instructions are just too difficult to understand !
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to this TV because I was unhappy with the black levels of my old TV. They weren't very black which made low light scenes on movies and TV shows hard to tell what's going on. This TV is a huge upgrade in that regard. The blacks are deep and dark. The picture quality is awesome and software easy to use. One surprising feature what the remote, it has a on screen pointer for navigating the menus. A solar recharging remote would have been nice as my other TV has this feature but it's missing here. Overall I am very pleased and hope the TV lasts for many years.
I bought my first LG TV and overall I am very pleased with the purchase. Image quality and processing is great. Loved how easy it was to add the LG sound bar which sounds great! Only two complaints. First is the fact that the remote doesn't light up when you are using it. Makes it somewhat less easy to use in lowlight situations. Second was the initial setup. Had to make multiple attempts to get the tv to recognize my home network. It has been fine since the initial update.

1 star only because when I tell Alexa to show me camera 'name" it just shows a black screen with an error occurred. Didn't have this problem with my 55" nanocell. Sorry if a main feature doesn't work it's a bad review from me.
