Love it
Good merchandise, easy to use, efficient
Its a great basic home printer. The cartridges are Very small that may be a problem not sure yet. There was no cable to plug into computer. If wifi not working you can not print Don't like that. Small nice size for desk.
The only reason I marked it as 4 stars . The ink that comes with the printer is very low. We bought two printers and within a few days had to replace the ink. We may have printed 15 pages. It was easy to set up and match to our individual computers WiFi. Print quality is great. does not require a lot of space. Just when you buy it buy extra ink at the same time.
I installed this two days ago so I can't give more than a cursory review yet. Overall, it has a good footprint, much smaller than my HP all-in-one that it's replacing. My immediate disappointment was and is that the screen to set up, etc. is only 1" x 1", which is much too small. I see no reason it couldn't be larger. The small size of the interactive set up screen made it so that I had to use my iPad to set it up but then ran into trouble so had to finish with my laptop. So far the only page I've printed was a system check to ensure set up was successful. I ordered it online when it was on sale; shipping was fast. If I find that it doesn't meet expectations I am confident that Sam's will let it be returned, so I don't see a down side.
It's so hard to set-up and to get it to work
it quit working after less then 1 week. it just started printing pages with random symbols and letters upon turn on and would not stop unless turned off or unplugged.
I have owned Epson products before and have been pleased with previous purchases. However I am very disappointed with this printer. Complicated set up and poor print quality.
Defective? Had to contact Epson support and will need to call to get live support, not enough ink to complete setup.. while setting up the machine.
It would not print out of the box. It had a clogged printer head. Cleaned the heads 3 times and still no cyan color print. Had to return it to Sam's.
