I love, love, love this shampoo %26 conditioner. It is the only pair that has done something for my hair.
My favorite conditioner. Wish the stores would start carrying it again.
As always, this ordering process was quick and easy. The order arrived within a few days with packaging in tact.

It did not make my hair look stringy or weighted down.
The items were good and the prices were reasonable. However, please try to review customer's lost packages and make some follow-up. I ordered 3 batches of these and the first batch was never delivered. UPS says it's under investigation.

My hair was coming out quickly and after I used this a couple of times they're totally a different!
I don't know what happened to the finesse that I used to use? This knock off is nothing like it! Doesn't even smell the same an it absolutely doesn't work the same in fact doesn't help at all like a conditioner should! ok Terrible product! What happened to the finesse that worked????
