Since we have six kids, we don't usually spend this kind of money on a child's Christmas present, but I really wanted to surprise my daughter, so I bought this at the end of October when I found a good price on it. My daughter was thrilled on Christmas morning... until she couldn't connect it to her iPhone. She spent the week after Christmas talking to techy friends and trying different things. Then she spent several hours on the phone with Apple, after which they told her, it wouldn't work and we got ripped off. I contacted Tekreplay to get an refund or replacement, but they said the warranty period is over, so too bad. I wasted $140 and my daughter got a gift she couldn't use. To say I'm angry is an understatement!
