Took a while to set up internet and download apps, but I had no issues at. Excellent TV experience with great picture quality and all the features that I could ask for. I got this TV for my bedroom and it is a perfect fit there. I highly recommend this TV.

The TV came very nicely packaged and there was no damage. The TV was easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. It has a really nice picture, the colors are nice and crisp.

Super crisp, clear image that allows you to immerse yourself in each and every movie. The sound quality is by far the best in such a size of tv. Has all the apps a smart tv should have, Netflix, Hulu, Google Tv, and much more. Super easy to install and connect to your internet. Comes with a nice remote that has all those app buttons you need to have a quick way to get the the main streaming services, includes the 6 main streaming app buttons (in white). Note: please note you will have to have a subscription to the streaming apps before you can use them or some come with a trial. The TCL Home allows you to use media player, view photos and or safe guard. Has a quick panel for quick access, Twitch app and the amazing TCL channel (for live tv). All your favorite streaming apps and much more. Super easy to navigate and view gallery. Highly recommend this 43” TCL Google TV as it has all the goods and apps you might need and a crystal clear view. My son went from a 32” to a 43” and he is loving this TV. This tv is a must have.

Volume is perfect. Love that it uses Google so it goes right along with all of our inherent Google home products. Easy to use smart TV. Has all the apps for streaming services on it. Comes with legs for table standing and a remote. The remote is simple with lots of short cut features to various streaming services. Easy to find the buttons for the controls. Would buy another one of these!

We placed it in my son's bedroom. We had a slight issue with the QR set up code not working, so we did it the long way through the tv. Once we did that it was fine. Connects to apple devices and streams nicely. The remote in thin and long, a little odd. It took a few minutes to get use to since it's not very intuitive to the hand. All in all it is a decent tv and would recommend!
Well so far all good tv is up and looks great. Got as an upgrade for my mom

Another standout feature is the built-in Google TV interface, which integrates seamlessly with our Google Home setup. Setting up the TV was a hassle-free process, which is always a plus. Cons: One area where the TCL2023 falls slightly short is the picture quality. While it is not on par with high-end models suitable for family room use, it still performs adequately as a TV for a bedroom or smaller space. Additionally, we have noticed that the TV takes a moment to process whenever we open a new app or switch channels, giving the impression that the TV's processor is not as fast as we would prefer. However, this does not seem to be related to our internet connection. If you are in search of a TV for a smaller space or a secondary viewing area, the TCL2023 43" TV could be a viable option, considering its size, design, and user-friendly features.
Had high hopes for this tv, but it arrived with a dented box and a broken screen. They don't sell these in store so I can't exchange it and have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. Should have went to best buy, where they have them in the store
All appeared good box undamaged tv appeared intact, but tv had clearly been dropped or fell over during transit as when I plugged it in and turned it on the picture was shattered. Returning it and buying something i can see works in store Before I take it home. Very disappointed
