Great exercise bike! Easy to assemble and use, just follow the instructions. Many reviews about the uncomfortable seat but remember, it's an exercise bike, not a touring bike! Get on it, do your workout, get off!
Positives: I absolutely love this bike. I am an experienced spinner of over 15 years. First let’s discuss the seat. Any spinner knows that the seats on the most professional bikes at the gyms all are uncomfortable until 8-10 rides consistently and then the worse seats that you can think of all feel comfortably the same. Most people at the gym bring a padded seat cover to put on their bikes. Because I have been riding so long the seat was fine for me. Let’s discuss the design. The bike is really pretty. My last bike was a NordicTrack and it was big and bulky. This one takes up a lot less space. The magnetic design is so quiet it would not awaken someone in the same room. I did change out the pedals for one that have the toe cage and SPD. I love the weights by the seat. The bike is easy to adjust the seat height and distance to the handlebars. The handlebars adjust up and down. The bike has a push button emergency stop which is very useful when you are doing runs on the bike. The colors are beautiful and blend in well with my surrounding decor. The IFIT classes are 30-33 minutes and work well. There are classes that are strictly on the bike and others that use a mat, body weights or hand weights. They have total body workouts available. Will I keep it after the 30 days probably not. I used it with my Nordic Track and got a year free so with just 30 days free it’s not worth it since I chose to get a regular gym membership with online classes. Negatives: I bought the bike without the built on screen. Know that when you place your iPad on it you will have to move it to adjust your speed when you are doing live classes with a brick and mortar gym. With the iFIT app you can have them adjust your bike or you can choose to turn it off.
The bike itself is absolutely amazing. It definitely gives you the professional feel to spinning from its stability and smoothness. The ride is so pleasant its hard to get off. The one very downside is the seat it came with. So uncomfortable it needed to be changed immediately or else I just could not have used it as of the second day from so much pain. After that problem was fixed, Ive been using it daily. Highly recommend. Ive been using it for a week but if I change my perception rest assured Ill come update my review. Feedback is crucial.
Easy to put together. Ride is smooth and quiet. Connects to iFit through my iPad super easy and quick. This bike is a STEAL!!! Only thing I had to do was order a different seat because the one it comes with is not comfortable. But I think thats pretty standard.
During assembly I noted that this bike was packaged very well. Assembly was an easy task. The bike is of very excellent quality and is an amazing value considering what you get for the price. I've had to reach out to support a few times and have always gotten excellent phone support from a real person. I am using this bike with an iFit subscription, and this takes things to a different level because you have trainers that control the resistnace of the bike while coaching you while you watch a very well-produced video. I also use this bike with Apple Fitness Plus. I'm very happy with the purchase and would not hesitate to buy this again. I have upgraded the seat to a nicer plusher seat and that cost me about $30.00 I also upgraded the bike with Shimano SPD style clip in pedals and this cost me about $50.00 Both upgrades are wonderful IMHO. One thing I would mention is that when you order the bike from Walmart you are offered an extended warranty for up to 4 years for about $80.00 Don't skip this offer like I did. I am now looking at potentially paying almost twice that much for a 4 year warranty from the manufacturer. In hindsight that first price was a real bargain! Lastly, I also ordered the iFit Smartbeat heart rate monitor and it was $99.00 from the manufacturer. I love it and it was a great investment. It displays my heart rate on the bike display and in the app and adds heart rate information to my statistics. I use this bike 6 days a week and I love it. I consider this purchase to be a well spent investment for my health and well-being!
Was super excited for this bike and to start using it. Arrived quickly. Once I struggled to get it into my house and out of the box I immediately noticed the handle bars had some weird white residue on them. Decided I could reach out to the company and get a replacement. I just wanted to put the thing together. Instructions were good except that the right pedal would not twist on. It would go in one turn and then start to go in angled. That rendered the bike useless. So here I am out my money and I have a bike that came out of the box damaged. I have no clue how long they will take to reply to my request for assistance and how long it will take to even repair. This is such a disappointing purchase and I may have to return. Which I also hear is a pain. Smh
Dislike. I purchased this item for my son. Removing batteries requires a lot of work. And they go dead often. Also the ifit membership is hard to get out of. Still working on that. And the tiny screen does not work. Then the pedal striped out of the crank. That was hard to fix bc the Allen tool was so tiny. Not happy with this purchase. I would have returned but it's to large to fit into my vehicle and I just don't have the energy to take it apart. Epic fail!
I bought this bike and then I noticed the only place it sells this expensive was Walmart. Even the manufacturer ProForm sells this for $299 and I paid $478.50! Besides, it was NOT even brand new, it was o obvious that it was refurbished. This is scam and I will definitely return this unit. Walmart's price policy is terrible.
Exercise bike broke after 84 days of use and I’ve been waiting over 90 days as of 7 June 20 for replacement parts. Numerous emails and phone calls to icon fitness and still no luck with the last replacement part. Additionally, the bike squeals when working out. I would not recommend anyone purchase this bike. I purchased another exercise bike from Bowflex and plan on selling this one whenever I get the replacement parts.
***DO NOT BUY until the company tells me how to make it work. I received it today 1-25-22, I built it today. I'm getting a CH0 and a CH1 error message on the console. The resistance is set to "don't move" and the wheel is squealing when I try to pedal it anyway. I can visually see that the magnets appear to be touching the wheel. The manual says that when you get a CH0 or CH1 to remove the batteries, press any key for 20 seconds, then put the batteries back in and the bike should be recalibrated. Tried that, and i put in 45 seconds after on the second try. My batteries are brand new. There should not be a squeal nor should the resistance be set to "don't move" or maximum. I went through the whole hassel of ordering it and putting it together. So I want to it work.
