We bought only the single swaddleme and also had a pack of muslim swaddlers. This is way easy to use with the velcro. Swaddeling was a lifesaver for the first 2 weeks. It really helped our son sleep at night. But, don't buy too many of them, we only used them for the first 2 weeks and then our son got irritated with the swaddeling. But it was really wonderful for the first 2 weeks. I'd definitely recommend getting one.
