I find the angle of the brush useful for getting a tiny line in the inner corner of my eyes. People have asked how I get a fine line of eyeliner and I point them in this direction. I've used it with black eyeshadow so far and I'll soon be trying it with elf gel liner! This is also the only way I can manage to get a cat eye. I've tried all the tips and tricks and nothing but this brush works for me.
I absolutely love this brush. I can pick up just the right amount of eyeshadow and it draws a perfect small thin line above and below my lashes. It opens up a whole new possibility for color liner on my eyes.
I use this brush for different things! I have a few of them. I don't use it for eyeliner though. I use it as a paint brush for my acrylic paintings. I also use one to apply Serum to my eyelashes.
So I've always used liquid eyeliner & am still to this day really scared to mess it up because it's so thin and can easily mess it up. But once I got this brush it was literally the easiest tool I've ever used for eyeliner. My hand can never stay so still so I'd easily mess up with liquid eyeliner but the cream liner and this brush are definitely worth the money. The picture with me wearing blue w. flowers is liquid eyeliner & the picture w. the hat on is the cream & brush liner.
This brush is so easy to use with the ELF cream eyeliner. The angle makes it really easy to see where you're putting the eyeliner. Great brush!
You girls will never regret. I am a gel contour lover, and using it over 8 years. I was not expecting this good quality because of the low price. So, I am loving all the products that I bought from elf. Only thing is I just wanted to try eye liner, but it's not waterproof. Good job elf
It may be an eyeliner brush but ive only ever used it for my brows! I combine it with the lock eyebrow cream and it works great! Ive been using it for years, i buy a new brush every 6 months to a year and new eyebrow cream once a year, its perfect. Its so small you get perfect control and its easy to hold for small steady movements
Unfortunately, as I opened the package and took off the plastic protector for the brush, the tip of the brush came off. I pushed it back it, but it comes out easily. I bought this brush to define my cut creases, so I haven't tried t for gel liner. However I think it's not too stiff and not too soft. I really like the brush. I give my personal brush a 3/5 (because I got a defected one ): ) but I think this brush is a 5/5 otherwise.
My brush arrived two weeks ago but I only used it 3 times and I notice it already lost it's shape. Perhaps it is because of the washing but I was gentle while cleaning this and a brush is supposed to be able to withstand that anyway. Plus my other brushes are fine. I love the design. I think angled brushes are a must-have but with uneven bristles I certainly can't make precise lines. The picture I'm including shows it from the most noticeable angle. The sad thing is that I was going to buy some more for my friends because I was raving about it after the first use. Now, not so much.
The brush head part fell off after using it twice.
