If I did a cleanse before it will have been years ago. I did this for support of someone to help them. I would say it did exactly what it claims to do.

I've been struggling with sugar cravings and over eating. I haven't been feeling very well and run down. The cleanse was worth sticking out. I ate healthy and broke down twice and had sweets but have avoided them four days after the cleanse. It so far has got me back on track. I didn't intend on losing any weight using the product, I simply wanted a reset but I had been bloated and the product helped greatly with that. I ended up down 12 pounds after the cleanse and so far it has stayed off.

I have used all manner of colon cleansers and this is one of the very best by far. I usally get a rash with most colon cleansers, I'm not talking about the normal detox rash but more of an allergic reaction. It didn't happen with this one. It is EFFECTIVE yet not harsh. Within three days my stomach felt flatter and I had less bloating. Now that the holidays are over and I have over indulged I am reordering to start the New Year out with a cleanse.
I love this cleanse. It's easy, gentle and it works especially if you combine it with the eating that Jordan Rubin outlines in his Perfect Weight America book. I always feel great when i complete it and i like to use it 4 times a year. I recommend it highly and his book.
I completely this detox program just a few days ago and thought it was very good. It didn't impact me like some programs where it seems like it is a sudden impact, rather it work progressively over each day and over the 10 days I took the supplements. It raised my well-being as I hadn't completed a cleansing program in nearly a year and you don't have to interrupt your normal day-to-day activities. If you want something that works progressively over the 10-days I encourage you to try this product. Disclaimer on the above review: obviously everyone's digestive and physical health is different and if you have never went through a whole body cleans/detox it may affect you more dramatically then it did me--just thought I would add that to any newbie that takes it. In my opinion any cleansing program is best to begin on the weekend, so your body can process/remove the excess and your normal activities/work/school will not be adversely affected.
This was my first time with any kind of cleansing so I was not sure what expect. The pills were not bad just the powder was not easy to do. For being an evening it did keep me awake and then crash in the morning.
My wife and I both used this product and it did not work for either of us. We have used other cleansing kit in the past with good results. I've got to wonder about the previous review...Don't waste your money.
