I pretty much want to marry this thing. It is an AMAZING value for the price... it really works well on the neck and shoulders. I would've expected to pay upwards of $100 for a massager of this quality, so I'm really happy with this purchase! One thing to note - you don't really feel much, unless you lie down and relax your neck on a pillow or some kind of surface to provide pressure. Doesn't work for sitting upright or standing. So it's ideal for lying in bed or on the couch.
this thing is inexpensive and works great. Although I did find that the heat part can get to hot for me sometimes and I turn the heat off. Did find out that it will turn off after a while ( must have a timer built in). Only reason I know this, is I fall asleep everytime I use it.lol
Heavy,not comfortable and the heat did not work.It's too cheap and not worth returning. I just threw it away.
