The SuperStorageSystem 6028R-E1CR16T is built around the X10DRH-CT, a dual processor serverboard based on the Intel C612 chipset. The X10DRH-CT supports single or dual Intel® E5-2600 (v3) processors in Socket R3, LGA 2011 type sockets (up to 145W TDP); with 16 DIMM slots that can support up to 1 TB of Load Reduced (LRDIMM) ECC registered memory or up to 512 GB of registered (RDIMM) DDR4 2133/1866/1600 memory. The SC829HTS-R1K02LPBP chassis was designed to support 12 hot-swap SAS3 hard drives at the front of the chassis and four internal drives located behind the fans. A chassis mounting kit (MCP-220-82609-0N) is included to support two 2.5" hard drives at the back of the chassis.
