I have used gels in the past for performance boosts during long runs. Wanted to try something that wasn't full of chemicals. This preworkout powder is great. I get a longer lasting boost without the crash a few hours after my run. Will definitely add this to my routine.

I am a bicyclist, so I was looking for something that gave me the extra 'boost' on long rides. I found this product actually delivers what it advertises; energy. I like it and use it every day in my smoothie.

We order this as a pre-workout or morning drink. My wife drinks it most days and likes the energy boost she gets from it. It would be nice to know the origin of the items.
I got to try this because I work as a Wellness Consultant for a grocery store that sells Garden of Life products. I took it about 20 minutes before my workout and didn't feel any different at first, but about 10 minutes into my workout I felt a nice boost of energy and strength to help me through my workout. I also continued to feel good several hours after my workout. Its not like a lot of other pre workouts that make you feel all jittery or like you're on some powerful stimulant. There's also no crash. Its a good product.
I can't complain at all about the benefits I've seen in my workouts. My only issue is getting the product down without it coming back up. I've tried several mixing techniques, but still struggling with the taste.
Use: 3h-training of bouldering/gym Negative points: - I first tried the recommanded serving (1 spoon/250 mL) and it made me do intense heart palpitations (even though I am used to caffeine) - I tried smaller concentrations of the products and still had palpitations Positive points: - Nice flavors - Quality ingredients Overall I don't recommand this product.
