I lost weight with this even though I did not take it as often or exercise as I should. I still lost 8 pounds in a month and a half. Now that I do those things I have lost even more weight even faster.
I've tried many things along the lines of this product, the others made me tired and queezy and didn't help me lose any weight at all. Ive been using this and at the beginning I weighed in at 219 lbs(the heaviest i've ever been/: and as of today(2-12-13) I weigh 213.8 Keep in mind that I have tried to take it regularly before meals(theres been a couple days where I've missed it and when I weighed myself at the end of the day, i was only .3 pounds heavier) This product I absolutely swear by. It really does curb appetite and help you keep it off. Follow the instructions and drink plenty of water throughout the day and exercise daily and you will not be disappointed! I love it and I will most deff. be buying this again when I run out!
