[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband gets an upset stomach a d heart burn once in a while and I had him take this - his thoughts: “It works well and fast, of course it does have that classic alka seltzer taste, but it's ok”. I also took this when I had a heartburn, and it really worked great for me! I did have a bit of a difficult time drinking it, but I chugged it and after a short while, I felt better!

I tested it out after a very spicy Buffalo Wild Wings dinner and felt instant relief! Definitely would recommend this to everyone who suffers from these symptoms!

I've tried alka seltzer (I guess the original?) before and didn't enjoy the experience or find it very effective. It's probably been 15 years since I've even tried it. But I love this particular product (Gold) now that I'm in my thirties! I can't speak to its use for anything really severe, but I tried this out a couple times after just eating too much or eating something that made me not feel good and both times it seemed to make me feel better quickly and easily! Also love that they're individually packaged and can hang out in my purse. Apparently a necessity as I age!

The Gold version is great as it does not contain aspirin, which is great if you can't take it or prefer to keep any added meds to a minimum. Works fast! You only need 4 oz of water, let it fizz and drink up! Soon your tummy troubles will be forgotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never used Alka-Seltzer before so didn't really know what to expect. The thing I like best is it doesn't have any taste. When artificial flavors are added it never tastes good. It worked quickly for my heartburn, it was only 5 minutes until I felt relief. I will continue to use it and definitely would recommend you try this if you have frequent heartburn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not like flavor. I tried this when i had an upset stomach. So i put a pill inside water and drank it. I was not a big fan of the “sparkling” water taste/feel in my mouth. It also did not work for me but i know it does for others. Therefore im not going to give it a bad review based on the one time i used it.

I see there are flavored gummies out there and I'd rather try those. I have horrible heartburn at times (really strong acid reflux and pain in my collar bones) - sipping a little of this only made my stomach gurgle and didn't help with the acidic burps. For me, the better way to combat heartburn is with a good diet with lots of steamed veggies and a probiotic.
