The child I bought this for had a blast with it. It did not do any damage to furniture and actually worked on high pile carpeting
Wow! We bought this for my niece and had it shipped for Christmas, never having had seen it before. My sister called to report it is one of my niece's favorite items to play with. She plays with other toys, but always goes back to this one. It's simple to use, so easy, in fact, that really, the four-year old figured it out right out of the box. Thanks, Walmart, for being so kid-friendly.
the remote control has vary good range and my daughter loves it vary much. I got it for her birth day and she loves mlp. the toys resemble the new show vary acuritly and would be a great toy for any girl that loves ponies or My Little Ponie.
I got this for my 6 year old neice and she LOVES it! It is better then I thought because it is BIGGER then I thought. Works great and holds pony very well!!
Our daughter freaked out (in a good way) when she opened this Christmas present. She has been wanting it since we saw it in stores over the summer. She loves the two ponies that come with it. However, the RC airplane is a little loud. The noise scares her a little (she's quite sensitive to loud sounds). The turn-around button spins very fast. Not as good as on hardwood floors, but still moves on carpet.
My 3yr old little girl loves this toy...but the motor in it is very noisy! If she runs it into a wall or it gets stuck against or under something- it makes an even louder grinding noise that would make you wish you could turn off your hearing while she plays with the thing!
My 6 year old daughter got this for Christmas. It's a very cute idea but it's hard to control where you want it to go. Forward is easy, but the button that spins the plane doesn't just spin it. First it backs up a bit and then it starts spinning. There's really no way to get it to go exactly where you want it to go. Also, the batteries can wear out very quickly if you don't have a child that will turn it off when they are done. If your child leaves the plane switch "on," it will drain the battery until it's turned off. It is a nice toy. If you have a girl who likes "pony stuff" then this is a good choice.
My daughter got this toy for her birthday, and just about 2 weeks after getting it, the front wheel that spins quit working, I thought the batteries might be low so I changed them, and it didn't help..It actually seemed to make it worse! This is not the first Hasbro toy we have had that quit working shortly after buying! I think it is sad that Hasbro sells some of the most popular toys for kids, and they only last for a short time before they don't work anymore! My kids have one had 1 toy that Hasbro replaced, the others I have contacted them about they didn't even care about!
Bought this for my granddaughter, took it out of the package and put brand new batteries in both the plane and controller. The wheels turn until you set it down and then they stop. Instructions say if this happens (as they obviously knew it did) to put new batteries in - so I tried that and it still did the same thing. I hate paying $20 for a piece of garbage.
I have 2 girls and they each got a strawberry shortcake remote car and the My Little Pony Remote-Control Plane . The remotes are all on the same frequency and you can only use one toy at a time. I have 4 toys that work with any of the 4 remotes preventing the girls from playing with them at the same time.
