Absolutely love this griddler. Had an apple/brie panini at the Carnegie Museum in Pittsburgh, had to recreate it, so my husband got this for me for my birthday. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. I've been making a variety of panini's daily. Also used it to grill some salmon steaks and fresh corn on the cob. YUM!
We used the Griddler Elite today for the first time. We made burgers & it was so easy. Cleanup was a breeze. I washed everything by hand after letting it cool down. Took very little time. Glad we purchased it. Next we'll try steaks.
I really like using this griddle, Ive been using it to make grilled wraps for lunch every day since I got it! The only "negative" things I have to say is that it takes longer to preheat than I would have expected (probably like 4 or 5 minutes to get to 350F), and that it would be nice if there were an easier way to have the top grill press down flat and not swivel by default, as when its in swivel mode, food can be scooted forward when youre trying to press it down. I wear a hot glove on one hand and manually push down the front end of it to take it out of swivel mode, but itd be great if there were a less awkward way of doing it, especially since the stainless steel top can get smudged wherever you press down unless your glove is 100% clean
I haven't had a chance to use all of the features yet. Made marinated pork chops on it and they were spectacular. Can't wait to make my meals on it - it's going to be fun! If you enjoy cooking, I recommend the Griddler Elite.

I recently purchased this on the advice of a friend, since I live in an apartment and cannot have a gas grill. As a soon to be 70-year-old professional male who only recently converted from a flip phone to a smart phone, I was initially intimidated by this apparatus and did not use it for many weeks. I took the plunge, read the directions carefully, and grilled burgers. They turned out great, cooked quickly, smoked and smelled like cooking on a grill, and clean up was amazingly easy. I was shocked. What a pleasant surprise! I have not yet tried anything else. It is heavy with the plates in, so older people with osteoporosis should not lift it from the floor.
This is my first indoor grill, And I'm 100% satisfied with this product. Very easy to use!! ... very stylish, blends perfectly with my kitchen appliances, durable quality. Removable plats can easily be washed either in dishwasher or with sponge. I will recommend this product to everyone that loves to make sandwiches, grilling and making breakfast (pancakes, bacon and eggs) .
I was unaware, the griddler elite existed. After receiving, and cooking a steak on my new toy, husband and I were amazed. I'm a good cook but husband is the best grill master. But with my griddler elite . He can playstation 5 I can griddler a steak
This griddler elite is a very versatile appliance. It's not just for grilling sandwiches or making a panini. With it open to the grill side it's perfect for making pancakes, bacon and eggs and many other foods. It is very easy to clean. Another plate that can be used to make waffles would make this perfect.
I love the features and how this unit cooks food. I've had it a couple of weeks now and am beginning to wonder about the quality and design/engineering of the product. The 1st thing I've noticed is the mechanism that support the top griddle being only on one side causes the lid to be lower on one side than the other. The lid is too heavy to be supported only on one side. The next thing I've noticed is a heat crack on the front panel right next to the lower griddle. But my wife and I love this griddle.
