I've never owned a dishwasher and bought this online without ever seeing it in person. The features seemed good, was energy efficient and a decent price. I could not be happier. It is super quiet, dishes are cleaned thoroughly, holds a ton of dishes in a variety of combinations. Also it leaves no fingerprints or marks so the outside always looks clean, not like my fridge with little handprints on it everyday! I highly recommend. I've had it about 5 months and works perfect :)
We purchased this 6 weeks ago and it matches our other Frigidaire Gallery appliances. It was not the most expensive and did not have the most features, but I have to say, that I am very please with the features that it does have. You can change it between scour, surge, & spray. Their is a choice of 3 drying options. Several choices for temps. It will also remember your favorite. The top rack is very versatile and a lot of various items can be place on it from saucers/bread plates, fruit bowls (lined up), cereal bowls (laid down) to the various stem ware and glass ware. The bin provided for silverware is huge!. The interior of the appliance is a gray, which I like a lot. I'm giving it 5 stars because it is a great washer for the price range. My only wish would be for the option of a 50 minute wash cycle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We bought this about a month ago to replace the junky one our house came with. It's super sleek and looks great. It's so quiet, and the cycle is super quick. Dishes come out clean the first time, and so far we have no hard water spots. Super happy with this purchase, and can't wait to update all our other appliances to this line! We bought this almost 2 months ago and after having a free super old dishwasher that worked ok, but was so loud and didn't have a high enough heat to clean properly it sure is great to have a nice modern dishwasher! The Frigidaire dishwasher works great and cleans things so nicely and we can barely hear it running! The only thing I dislike is that you cannot put plastic items in the bottom tray because the heating coils are there. Otherwise it works great on all of our types of dishes from pots and pans to bottles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We really like this dishwasher, but since day 1 there was an issue with the top rack not pulling out and in without having to force it. Turns out the rails and wheels, as installed, are a bad design. There's too much slack between the rack wheels, rails, and side of dishwasher bearings. The rails stay bent at about 10degrees, which rub on the wheels that eventually wore down & failed... but not until just after the 6month LIMITED WARRANTEE which doesn't cover them. So I had to buy them, and sadly they didn't send me the right ones. Even with the right wheels, it doesn't fix the rail design problem. So the rubber wheels will wear down and fail again. :-( It would be nice if the customer support person I talked to was more knowledgeable about their own product.
Does not clean dished well at all. Lower sprayer makes contact with heating element and has melted it several times. Overall very unhappy with all of our Frigidaire appliances
Damaged. Lower support frame was bent. Lower plastic had a huge crack and even the roller for the basket on the inside was bent. Spent more money than I was initially was planning on one. Disappointed and frustrated.

Absolute garbage. I'd say only about 2/3 dishes per load are actually clean when they come out. Some dishes come out dirtier then they went in, especially coffee mugs. I've included a photo of a bowl immediately after the completion of a wash. This thing is a waste of money.
Purchased this product in 11/18 and had a couple of minor issues with it up until last month. It just... stopped working. When we contacted a repairman listed on the Frigidaire.com website we were told that we might be better off trying to fix it ourselves because we're out of warranty. I've never heard of that before. We have an entire remodeled kitchen with only Frigidaire Gallery products; wine cooler, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Disappointed that we aren't able to justify purchasing another one. Wish the warranty would have covered the product.
