This has been a blessing to me & my healthy whole food lifestyle. Its simple to prepare, tastes great, very affordable and super healthy! I eliminated wheat and gluten products from my diet and this is such a great substitute! Its filling, has a ton of protein and does not give my stomach and provlems with digestion. Totally give it a thumbs up!

Cooks up in less time than rice. Tastes great! Serve with some nice steamed or sauteed or roasted vegetables for an easy, tasty meal.
