I like this product because the cost is reasonable and the lid is a flip top which makes it easy to open/close while your hands are handling your contacts. Also, it is wonderful that it is a twin pack because you use a lot of it for rinsing contacts.
Dr told me I need a plain saline solution to rinse off the chemicals from my regular contact solution to keep my eyes healthy. This is why I bought it. She said research says we are messing our eyes up with too many chemicals and this will rinse it off after using the multi-purpose solutions.
Have been using this saline solution for years and it's good.
I am new to contacts but I can tell you this product made it much easier to adjust to wearing them. The first product I used made my eyes burn making it uncomfortable to wear my contacts. When i saw this for sensitive eyes I figured what could it hurt. After using this I will never use anything else. My eyes don't burn any more, making wearing contacts pleasurable.
why pay five bucks for a half ounce of eye drops, when you can get this? I actually refill my small eye drop bottle with this, so I can carry some with me.
I like Equate products, my eyes don't take other brand other than this.
I've been using this product for my regular contact lens use, and am pleased with the consistent quality. I like the fact that it is formulated for "sensitive eyes" (as mine are) and I have had no problems with allergic reactions or stinging. It compares well with other name brand products in quality and the price of the 2-pack makes it a very good deal. Only problem is that it is not always available at the local walmart store but generally available onliune at walmart.com.
Equate Saline Solution works great for me. I use it to rinse my lenses of after storing and cleaning them. Works for me. Also I paid less for two bottles of Equate then one of the other overpriced brands. A great deal, thanks Walmart.
Good store barand saline solution, fairly priced
I was looking for a replacement product for Unisol, which is pure saline without preservatives or additives. This is not it! I briefly soaked my lenses in it, then reinserted them. My eyes instantly stung...I had to remove the lenses. This two pack will be going back.
