This is the second color I've used in the L'Oreal Paris Couleur Experte Hair Color line. Wow, all I can say is WOW! I can't believe all the beautiful highlights and lowlights and great base color. Try it, the color is amazing and looks professionally done for a fraction of the price.
I loved the concept but I am not good at highlights I was hoping I could find someone to put them in for me but didn't have time so it ended up just being one color for me. I'm sure it would be amazing for someone that knows what they're doing though.
Easy to use, not harsh on your hair. My hair looks the same as when a professional hairstylist was doing it. I have no complaints. I bought five boxes to make sure I don't run out.
I started to use this L'Oréal product during Covid when salons closed. I have been so happy with coverage and the lack of damage to my grey hair that I never went back. And let's be clear- my hair grows 9 inches a year so that's an full head application about every 2 1/2 weeks. Recently my son got married and I went to have my hair colored professionally. I was over processed during the highlights and resulted in white brittle hair. After lots of tears I put L'Oréal Colour Experte to work and it saved the day. Now I'm dealing with constant breakage from the over processing that the salon did. Does L'Oréal have another miracle product to address that?
I did a strand test which was fine, then did 10 mins on roots and 5 more after slathering the rest of my head. My base color was a warm blonde (dyed) with bleached highlights which was a tad brassy. I used the 8.2 iced meringue. The photos are before and after..
I have been using the L'Oréal Color Experte for quite a while. I have always been happy with product, but when I used the product this morning, it appears the illuminating powder amount has been cut in half…..I look half done now. Very frustrated!
Kinda of yellow tones and orange tones do not recommend I smell really bad and I used purple shampoo to get some of the tones out now it got better after 10 washs with purple shampoo but Pls do not buy this if u want orange in yellow hair
So you have no cap. Mistake 1. And the finger comb ..epic fail..the highlight solution not near enough to highlight where I wanted it and it bled on other parts of my hair so now I horizontal lines. Wearing a hat to work And going to my stylist who will probably make me a blonde for the next 13 weeks. Never will use this again. And I adore L'Oréal products. This one. Not so much. A cap please or some Fouls and a primer of how to do it so that it looks as good as all other L'Oréal products do. I love you guys but YUCK!
I don't recommend buying online The package of hair dye package is open and in bad shape. The directions are missing. I'll send a picture of the 2 boxes I purchased. They look awful and likely they are returns and cannot be sold in the store. Shame on Walmart for sending broken and missing merchandise pieces. and no directions
The all over hair color did nothing and then when I went to do the highlights there was barely any product to have any effect on my hair whatsoever. I am not sure if you're advertising was for the short haired girl on the box but but you really should be more specific about what the two swipe highlights will cover for the actual average person not a hair model.
