Recently received these started taking immediately. I am completely HAPPY with these pills they are capsules that are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. I found for me they work best taking 1 3 times a day with my meals then I don't miss a dose .
RocuFast's Collagen Complex has actually strengthened my fingernails and they aren't splitting anymore. That alone makes this product rock but when you see the difference in your hair and skin....wow!
I have been taking the recommended dose of 3 pills a day, today is my 3rd day taking them and I'm already noticing positive results as my skin is feeling so much softer and the rough skin on the heels of my feet is already dissipating. I'm excited to see the improvements with continued usage and sure the benefits will only improve over time. This product contains all 5 peptides which are recommended when you research collagen to give you the best results in all areas of the body which are skin, hair, nails, joints, even great to strengthen teeth and help receding gums. I included 2 photos of the product, the one photo shows the actual size of the capsules, they are kinda big, the height of a quarter, if you have trouble swallowing pills might be a issue for you. However the capsules are soft and I haven't had any problem getting them to go down with water. I would recommend using this product as part of your healthy life style. * I'm a Walmart Spark Reviewer so this product(2 bottles) was sent to me to try for free, but the review of this product is my honest opinion and being given the product for free had no bearing on my review what so ever.
this pill is one that is easy to take. I have been taking in for about a month now. so far not seen any stomach distress and they go down easy. this is a gel cap pill. its not too large for most people to swallow. i find magnesium to be the hardest to get down, as they are huge, this is just big but not huge. it is just under an inch long. about 7/8th. its also thinner and goes down well. i am taking it to see if it will help with some joint pain. i will need more time to tell if it makes a significant difference but so far its not having any side effects on me. there is no after taste to this. I will continue to take this and hope to see more good benefits in a longer run on it. as it comes in a two pack, i should know more when i into the second bottle. I am a Spark reviewer and I received the product to test and review. I do test and I place honest reviews as I know the value of reading a review to see if a product is what you are looking for.

Been taking for a few days now. Clear capsules that are easy to swallow. I do taste a ever so slight mustard taste. I have a sensitive stomach so they did tend to upset my stomach. I have not been able to take vitamins except for gummy ones as they seem to agree with me more easily. I take with food and have since started taking only one at a time during the day due to stomach problems. Now for big question, do they work. Well too soon to tell as I read most vitamins take sixty to ninety days before you feel any effects. Once you start taking these collagen capsules you have to keep taking in order to reap the benefits. If you stop they slowly loose the benefits. I was really excited to get these because I read good information on how collagen can help with moisture in skin. Better hair condition and helps with joints. I take these every day, one capsule spaced three times during the day with good amount of food as a buffer. Of course if you don't have problems with taking vitamins then you will be able to take all three at one time with no problem. A serving is 3 capsules and it says take 1 to 2 servings a day.
I wanted to try these but found they were not for me. Although the capsules aren't overly large they were difficult for me to manage especially three times per day. I think also they may take a longer time span than a week or so to decide if they are helping or making a change. I did not take the full 30 days as I prefer a much smaller type of supplement. They may workk very well for others however.
I have been taking these for a little while and have not noticed any change. I wanted to try this because I was having some hair loss and also i wanted to make my fingernails stronger, but so far I have not noticed any change in either the hair or the nails.
This product is pleasant, but it is difficult to determine a before and after effect. Using one or two doses a day of three tablets of Collagen Complex is a lot of pills to swallow. I can see that my nails seem to have fewer ridges in them but they do not appear to be stronger after two weeks of using the dosage of three capsules a day. My hair seems to be the same as it was before. My skin seems to be the same as it was before. It may be that there is an insufficient time trial for this product. I will continue to use it until my supply is depleted and see if there is a more discernable change.
The RocuFast Collagen Complex is a pill form of collagen and the instructions are a bit confusing. The label states in one place that a serving size is three capsules but under the suggestions for use it recommends one to two servings a day. Initially I was thinking one to two capsules per day but when you look at the serving size it really translates into three to six capsules per day. It is probably just me, but I try to stay away from anything requiring so many capsules or pills since I already take vitamin supplements and a few prescriptions. It gets to be real drudgery in allocating so many pills to find space for a week at a time or even just for a day at a time. Very time consuming! The capsules are the usual large size. It is not like they could make them any larger but with so many inert fillers it seems more of the collagen could be in fewer capsules. Normally I stick to the powdered form I can mix with food to alleviate the over-abundance of “pills”. The front label health claims appear to have been designed by someone with English as a second language. I was also disappointed that it doesn't claim to be hydrolyzed for better absorption. This type of product needs to be evaluated after several months of usage. Since it was just received, I cannot verify the claims or justify recommending it.
