Excellent product .makes great keto ice cream
I bought mine about 5 years ago, and have used it frequently since then. I experiment with my own ice cream recipes, and have always had good results. I didn't give 5 stars, because the machine produces more of a soft-serve consistency, so don't expect a rock-hard freeze. If you want it harder, put the ice cream in a freezable container and chill for another 1/2 hr or so.
Followed a recipe and it never set up. Cost of the ingredients is more than if I went to our local dairy and ordered ice cream. Very disappointing. Received this as a gift or I would return it.
