I love that there is a smaller size processor insert included so that I can get the same quality of processing in small batches as well as larger batches.
My original Cuisinart, purchased in 1981 and loved since then, finally developed a fatal problem. What a workhorse it had been. What a delight it has been to see the changes implemented since then!
I wish the accessory container came with it. The blades are sharp and something should come with it to store them I think.
Easy to set up and use and much quieter than others I've owned in the past.
Extremely user friendly and durable product. I purchased this because my parents have the same machine that is about 30 years old. Great product and highly reccoment
I bought a less expensive model of Cuisinart and returned it. I am so glad I now have the Elite. The opening is larger, the motor stronger. It's well crafted and a workhorse.
Powerful, quietly takes on most everything. New design is wonderful, larger bowl, easy lid placement too. The blades and all the other attachments take on the job, period! I highly recommend this processor to everyone who enjoys cooking with less hassle.
This is my first food processor and I could not have made a better choice. Everything about is simple to do. The included small bowl is such a clever idea & I find myself using it more often than the large bowl. hard to go wrong with this machine.
Powerhouse! Speed is fantastic but a bit to get used to. A bit fiddly with safety features! So heavy @18.5 lbs but full metal housing. Have yet to use the smaller container.
This is my third food processor from Cuinart. The first I purchased in the late ‘80s and loved it. The was one was a gift received three years ago and I loved it. Unfortunately a small piece of plastic broke on the food chute and eventually required replacement. The replacement food chute only worked once and thus the third purchase of this model. This particular model is wonderful as the blade locks into the bowl, enabling easy pouring of contents from the bowl. It also has a seal on the lid to prevent spillage when pureeing. The adjustable slicing blade and the machine’s power were the final reasons for buying yet another Cuisinart. Great product so far.
