To start I love this shampoo, I love the smell and the lathering quality. It can however be a little stripping especially on color treated hair. I like that the main ingredients are the Rosemary, the mint and other natural essential oils Vs other of this type which will list it as one of the last ingredients meaning quantity used are minimal to none. Overall it is a great shampoo to be used when you want a "clearing" type of wash-mainly to get rid of accumulated product. serum and oils.
I have tried numerous shampoos from Swanson & from retail stores. I will not use shampoo with SLS or parabens in it. This is the best so far for what little hair I have left, which tends to be very "frizzy". I don't even need conditioner with this shampoo.

I love the smell of this shampoo; the matching conditioner is excellent too. I have curly hair and I swim for exercise. This shampoo leaves my hair bouncy and clean. The conditioner is thick and keeps my hair moisturized. I have actually had other women in locker room complement the smell and ask me where I get it from; especially when they find out the price and that it is cruelty and sulfate free.
I absolutely love this product! Before purchase, my hair was just boring, lackluster, limp. I have tried many many shampoos without much satisfaction. I have noticed so much shine from the very first use! After about 5 washes, I've noticed less hair falling out in the shower and I used to have to wash daily to get the clean look. Washing that much is so bad for my long hair and now I can go 2 full days and keep my hair looking like I just washed it! I just wish the conditioner would come out of the bottle easier.
This has a minty smell. I wish it smelled more like rosemary (I know many find rosemary too medicinal, but I happen to like the smell). The shampoo gets my hair clean, and it's nice and gentle. I am chemical sensitive, and this shampoo does not irritate me. So I am very satisfied with it. I find I don't need conditioner with it, and that's a bonus.
Love this shampoo. Love the way it smells, it's like a spa treatment in the shower :) Love the way it suds up. Love the way it feels when applied. A little goes a long way. Love the way my hair looks and feels. And I love that it is "cruelty free." You will not be disappointed with this one - guaranteed!
After reading the reviews i wondered if it would be a very peppermint smell and if it would strip the hair and leave it too dry, but the smell is very nice mixture of things inside, and my hair seems to like the shampoo. i generally switch shampoos every few days back and forth and this is a great new addition, i will purchase again.
Shampoo is effective. A small amount lathers well, so the bottle should last a long time. Will buy again. Rating four instead of five stars because there are a lot of multisyllabic chemicals in the ingredient list. However, it seems difficult to find a shampoo with truly natural ingredients (I'm reluctant to switch to castile soap).
