Item is as advertised. Was shipped fast. Works fine, does what it is supposed to. Helped to give a feeling of re- viguration, and feeling to my legs and back. if you use this machine, and believe, you are going to run the 100 yard dash again, right away. . . not going to happen. Give it some time to get blood flow, moving again. And do walking, and other movement exercises, I think you will notice better movement, and feeling, in your body. After you give it some time, stay with it, it does help.

Works well. I bought it to loosen my tight hips. From the first time I used it my right hip feels great. I use it everyday day. The hardest part is getting down on the floor
I love using my "jiggle machine." I'm happy knowing I'm helping my body to be better in a natural way. I have much scar tissue from a devastating motorcycle accident that resulted in 17 broken bones and many surgeries.. I know this action will help my lymphatic system carry toxins away and out. Excellent and relaxing way to detox.
Nowhere have i seen before where it says that it's for 150 lb and under people. That's pretty much nonsense since i am over 300 lb. I think that it's just an excuse to charge more money for a so called upgraded model. What does weight have to do with it anyway. Nobody puts their full weight on it, just their legs. Unless you have massive legs just ignore the 150 lb comment. It hasn't helped my neuropathy yet (after 6 weeks) , But it has sure benefited me as far as my stomach and energy is concerned. I'm definately keeping it.
My husband (87) and I(83) love it. With gas prices high and our income not high, I do not go to town to the YMCA so often, This helps us stay fit a bit better. I like the way you can relax and let it move your body. I think it helps with your intestinal function in a way that it seems to keep metabolism going much better therefore allow you to lose weight.. It makes your whole body run a little smoother.
