This watch was a gift to my daughter and it is fabulous. Its user friendly, the set up was so easy and fits marvelous!
This is a good deal!!! However you may receive them in different packages with aftermarket chargers!!! And they do have scuffs and scratches on the face! So just don't expect something that appears to be a new product. You can definitely tell it is used! But for the price as compared to a new one you can't really expect more!!!

I ordered these for Christmas, they sat in my closet 2 Months before we opened them. Gave them to my girls for Christmas and they don't work. The company now refuses to give me a refund or exchange the because i bought them 2 Momaths before Christmas and now the “warranty” is up. Also bought extended plan warranty! I am now waiting to here from Walmart but don't waste your money
I couldn't get the watch to work with the app on my phone. I have an iPhone 11 and it is up to date with the software.
I have not been able to use since i purchased. I am highly frustrated. The old icloud is still linked and i have no way to remove without contacting the previous owner
This watch is rather flaky. I would charge it overnight and then put it on as I was leaving for work. One day, it would be fine. The next day, it would be dead within 2-3 hours of my shift starting. Also, it was inconsistent about getting it to wake up. Sometimes it would wake up from one tap. Sometimes it would take me tapping it several times just to see the time. I mostly wanted it as a calculator. Maybe newer apple watches are better. Maybe it was just this one. I didn't try returning it because I feel like I don't necessarily trust the company to truly refurbish it or test it enough before reselling it. I tried to reset it but there wasn't any way to be sure if I truly was able to reset it. I'm completely unsatisfied, but because it's a cruddy watch, I don't trust the company that I got it from, so I don't feel good about a return.
