I love how spacious both the fridge and freezer are. It's also cold and an upgrade from my last fride!
Was surprised by the storage space of our new fridge&freezer. The only thing that had me wondering was the shelves on the door.Usually the top shelf is the smaller of the three but this one it's on the bottom. Not really an issue just different. Shelf is still usable for smaller not used all the time bottles. Which now makes sense, just hope we don't forget about the stuff..
Very spacious and keeps items cold.. An upgrade from my last fridge..

the freezer is located at the top. Although it is used less often than the main volume. I open the main door 5-10 times a day. And about the same amount I need to bend down to get something from below. it's good that my back doesn't let me down yet. but the freezer on top is not logical. you cannot change the level of the shelves in the door itself. We have to put tall bottles at the top. But they fall from there, because the shelf is wide.
This fridge is a bit on the noisy side and not as big as our previous fridge (my buying mistake). Other than that, it works very well. Keeps the food nice and cold, in fact it froze a gallon of our milk cuz we had it under the vent from the above freezer, wasn't expecting that. Nothing else in the fridge got frozen, only the milk, so it had to be because of the placement. One other minor fault was that it only came with two shelves, so unless you had a fridge full of really tall items, a lot of space got wasted. So we purchased an additional shelf and now we're no longer wasting any space and we have a lot more room for other stuff in the fridge. Overall, we're happy!
Love the color. The inside is very basic. Do not like the shelves. They are wire rack shelves and bottles do not stand well on them. Things fall over. Only two crispers on bottom.
This is my fourth GE refrigerator and the first time I'm disappointed with the features. The shelving spaces aren't adequate, the butter space is smaller, (I use to fit two packages of butter), freezer shelf space should have more choices, no ice cube trays, handles on the doors stick out too far and bang into wall when opened which causes the bottom crisper drawer not to open. The appliance store was unwilling to take it back unless I paid a 25 percent restocking fee. That is why I am disappointed. Now I'm stuck with a refrigerator I'm not happy with.
I'm disappointed because there is no meat drawer and the top front edge of the freezer is freezing up with moisture droplets turning to ice and I don't know what's wrong with it.
