Purchased the hood because at some point someone removed the existing hood and we have not had one for the five years we have lived in our home. The hood we purchased looks really good and is very functional. I installed the hood myself and found it very straight forward and the directions were easy to follow. We made a great choice to purchase the ZLINE,
Besides the great style enhancing my 1950's era kitchen, since I installed this ZLINE 30" glass/stainless steel range hood, with great LED lighting and easy-to-clean S/S filtering system, now whether I broil, fry, boil, or whatever smokey, steamy, flaming food that I cook, one of the four power exhaust settings will ensure that my home's smoke detectors don't sound off while I'm cooking up a meal!
I bought this part if a package. Looks beautiful works good. I was hoping it would do a better job. Maybe I should have opted for the stronger motor.
Sleek design KZ30 range hood enhance my kitchen looking shiny and modern. Love the look as much as the job it does. Some people complain about the noise but I rarely use setting 3 or 4 (only when I fry or boiling bone soups) which makes a louder noise than 1 or 2 for daily use. It's bearable with all the pros I enjoy having it! The hood noise in higher setting seems to indicates its suction is working well and do its gob! So it doesn't really bother me. I have been using it about a year now, and I'm ordering another one for my mom's kitchen!
Awesome,,, the look, the functionality and ease to install. It's LOUD, but it works very good, especially when in high,,, it sucks everything out,,,and just looks very slick! In addition to it, the customer service is unrivaled!! My glass unit came chipped and the metal bent, obviously it occurred in transit and they replaced it immediately!
We purchased this for our new kitchen and it has exceeded our expectations. It's not at all bulky and over bearing, it's sleek, nice curves and the LED lights are nice. The fan speeds move the air as designed. During installation we were impressed with the quality as well. We are very happy with this.
I recently renovated my kitchen to a modern European style. My range hood is a beautiful part of the "kitchen jewelry" that adds some shine. We've mounted it with the extension to run all the way up my 10 foot ceilings in front of our granite. It makes for a spectacular centerpiece to my kitchen. My only complaint is that the fan is loud. But for the price, you just can't beat it!
This was an excellent selection for our newly remodeled kitchen. The LED lights that came with it are a bonus. My only complaint would be is that it is a little noisy. Ordering and delivery were very simple and quick.
I bought this hood and just installed it in my newly renovated kitchen. Hoping to host Christmas 2018 in my home, I had to rush to get my kitchen done. When it came time to install the hood, I opened the box and took it out of all the packaging and noticed that there was a good size dark scratch on the top side of the hood. There was another dark scratch, but smaller, on the other side of the top. I was let down by this but I was forced to continue with the installation if I wanted to host Christmas at my home. I continued with the installation of the hood since the scratch cannot be noticed unless you are a very tall person or are standing on a ladder looking down. Other than this, I really like the hood and the lighting it gives. I like that the 2 bulbs on are the front end of the hood, and not the back, like other models have. I also like the powerful motor it has.
I bought this last fall during a major home renovation. The sleek lines and glass shield add a touch of class to a vent hood. The LED lights are wonderful and they help me stay cool when I'm cooking! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the vent motor is very noisy and unbearable on 3rd or 4th speed.
