No detailed instructions, no way to determine battery life. Wish i knew more about it. Can it be charged? No charger or charging port. How long is the battery good for? Will this thing still functioning 5 years from now when we may be likely to need it?
Easy to use!! Great having BP and EKG in one place.
I had an Afib event and was hospitalized for 3 days. I had seen KardiaMobile on TV and decided to order it. I decided to get the card. I can put it in my wallet and easily carry it with me. When I go to my doctor visits I can show them a record of how I'm doing.
I've seen some negative reviews of this product, but it worked for me immediately. I've not had a single issue since I installed the app or connected the card to it. I'm using Android ver 14 on a pixel phone. I hope everyone has the best experience in their usage.
Excellent!! Easy to use! Accurate! Diagnosed my Afib correctly. Confirmed at ER. Had to have an Ablation to get me back to a normal heart rate!! Possibly saved my life!! But does iPhone have this diagnostic capability w/in their operating system?
Ordering was easy, the KardiaMobile Card arrived when promised. It worked right out of the box after downloading the app. Very clear interpretation of results.
Carrying a cardio mobile card in my wallet is very comforting to me. If I feel like checking my heart because I may feel a bit light headed or suspect it may be racing, it is always with me. It is so easy to work and my phone and my wallet are always with me when I'm away from home. I just press the on button of my card, and open the Kardia app on my phone and within 30 seconds my EKG results are revealed. This is the second card I have purchased. The first one lasted about 2 years. I am not a techy person so this card is simile to work and gives me information right away AND I don't need my glasses on to be able to read the results. One and done as they say.
If you are just fine, this card works well. However, if your hands are cold, forget about getting a good reading. The card also doesn't work if you are a bit shaky (even if your hands are solidly on a surface), so if your heart is racing or you have shaking from adrenaline, you have the frustration of having the "30 seconds" for a read start over and over again. I guess this is a fine gadget for the price, but the buyer should be aware of its limitations. This device was recommended by my cardiologist, so perhaps it will prove useful in the long run. I have found it frustrating as it often takes up to 10 minutes for the device to get a full 30 second reading.
I haven't had the KardiaMobile card but for a brief period of time but i am enjoying it even more as i learn how to fully use all of it's features. A very useful tool that helps me keep track of my condition of my heart sinc we i was diagnosed with A-Fib. Only a few weeks ago.
Bought this for my mother but it doesn't connect with her or my phone. I had also purchased the 6 lead which works well.
