[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge replaced one taking up the exact same amount of floor space, but this one has so much room. How is that possible? Better organized shelf storage; food items are easily accessible; freezer holds lots. Plus the fridge looks nice in our modern farmhouse decor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into our new home and the LG Refrigerator Unit is wonderful. the door design is great with an extra "Door" on the door that opens from the front or when the door is open. I know this is confusing, however, if you are looking at one, you will be pleasantly suprised. We are pleased this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been the proud owner of this refrigerator for 2 years. Not only is it beautiful; it is spacious, it's easy to organize and easy to keep clean. I especially like the "door in door" convenience for large containers. I'm always pleased when guests like to help themselves for drinks. They will often open all the doors just for a good look and comment they would like this for their next refrigerator. The Craft Ice is always a hit, even during this winter of below-zero weather.
This is a great refrigerator. I love the door in door and the craft ice feature. This is actually my second refrigerator with this model as I have this same one up North!

The quality is excellent... feels solid... my only complaints are: 1. the display is difficult to read. Lettering need s to be illuminated or brighter. 2. The indoor icemaker doesn't allow for deep door shelving. An issue avoided with a side by side refrigerator. 3. The door in door also has sim pockets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG refrigerator in 2020. I really enjoy the features and would have rated 5 stars. However, my only complaint is the craft ice maker that needed to be replaced 5 times. Hopefully with the new design to the craft ice maker this will be the last. The technician from LG who did the repair seemed competent and knew of the problem and the fix.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge overall, but there are definitely a couple of kinks to work out. First, the left door doesn't always engage the middle transition when opening so when you close it after the right door it'll slam. You have to adjust it manually or close it first. Second, the bottom drawer (meat/deli) doesn't come out all the way and has a weird top that you can halfway lift. It's not very useful unfortunately. Third, the freezer drawer where the craft ice bucket sits in isn't flat. Seems to bend with the temperature and makes the basket not fit correctly. This does not create an issue for me, or at least hasn't so far, but could be a problem down the road if I decide to use that drawer more for freezing other items. Fourth, and most annoying, the craft ice is horrible. It's great that I have a half assed sphere that I can use as everyday, but certainly would not use it for a party. I had read some of the other comments about the flat bottoms, I assumed they were from sitting there however that is not the case. The ice maker makes them like that, which is a massive design flaw.
I have owned the fridge for half a year. In that time I have had to reset the craft ice maker countless times, It is now to the point in month seven that it will not rest or produce ice. This was the singular reason for purchasing this brand! It is worthless at this point.
